Warner gone but Australia take lead

A century from David Warner and a Peter Handscomb 82 have given Australia a lead in the first innings of the Chittagong Test.

After rain delayed the third day’s play, the duo added only 25 as a run out broke the 152-run stand. Handscomb will certainly rue missing out on a century this way, but Warner did reach three figures, making 123 before Mustafizur Rahman removed him thanks to an Imrul Kayes catch.

The visitors now have 310 for 4, having just surpassed the hosts’ first innings total of 305.

Glen Maxwell (22) and Hilton Cartwright (10) are still in the crease.
